One more quick update to let you know that we’ve made a few changes to Notes!

When you add an internal note to a camper or staff profile, you can also document a Category and Priority. We’ve updated the way High Priority notes are displayed, to make sure they don’t get missed.

First, notes that are created with a High Priority, will be pinned to the top of the display, so they are always visible.

Second, if the Notes / Review section is collapsed, a red note icon will display to indicate that High Priority notes exist for the profile. Another change to make sure don’t miss anything.

Our camps use Notes for various reasons. Some like to document phone calls they have with parents. Some like to track red flags they find when reviewing a camper’s health form. Others like to document special activity requests for campers. Remember, Notes are not visible to families, and can only be viewed by Providers. You can upload Attachments to Notes and can also create custom Categories for your notes in Settings. However your organization uses Notes, we hope our changes to how High Priority Notes are displayed will help your day-to-day workflow!
